     .التأكد من مناسبة الدواء و الجرعات للمريض لضمان فاعلية الدواء و منع حدوث اثار جانبية منه

 .التأكد من عدم موجود تداخلات دوائية بين الأدوية المختلفة للمريض

     .إعطاء التثقيف الدوائي اللازم للمريض و الذى يحفز المريض على الالتزام بالخطة العلاجية

.إعطاء نصائح لتغيير نظام الحياة و الغذاء للمريض بما يلائم و يحسن من حالته المرضية

       .تغيير المعتقدات الخاطئة للمرضى عن بعض الادوية أو الأمراض

    .الحد من الاستخدام الغير صحيح لبعض الأدوية التي تصرف دون استشارة الطبيب

     .التدريب التفاعلي للطلاب مع المرضى بالوحدة أو المستشفيات الخارجية ضمن بروتوكول تعاون  تحت إشراف أعضاء الوحدة

Services:

· Ensure that the medication and dosage are appropriate for the patient.

· Ensure that there are no drug interactions between different medications for the patient.

· Provide the necessary medication education to the patient, which encourages the patient to adhere to the treatment plan.

· Provide advice on changing the patient's lifestyle and diet to suit and improve their medical condition.

· Change patients' misconceptions about some medications or diseases.

· Limit the improper use of some medications that are dispensed without consulting a doctor.

· Interactive training for students with patients in the unit or external hospitals within a cooperation protocol under the supervision of unit members.
