ضمان التوحيد والعدالة في عملية التقييم من خلال الحفاظ على سيناريوهات قياسية ومعايير تقييم وبروتوكولات تدريب الممتحنين

:محاكاة الحياة الواقعية

تكرار حالات سريرية واقعية لتقييم قدرات الطلاب على تطبيق المعرفة النظرية، والتواصل بفعالية، واتخاذ قرارات سريرية سليمة

 :تقييم موضوعي

استخدام نهج هيكلي وموضوعي في التقييم، للحد من التحيزات الشخصية وتوفير قياس موثوق لقدرات المرشحين

 :تقديم ملاحظات وتحسين

تقديم ملاحظات بناءة للمرشحين، محددة النقاط القوية والمجالات التي يمكن تحسينها لتسهيل التنمية المهنية المستمرة

 :التحضير للممارسة

إعداد المرشحين للممارسة السريرية الحقيقية من خلال تقييم جاهزيتهم للتعامل مع التحديات السريرية المختلفة، والتواصل مع المرضى، والتعاون مع الفرق الطبية المتعددة التخصصات

Aims:

· Comprehensive Assessment:

· Conduct a holistic evaluation of candidates' clinical competencies, covering a diverse range of skills, knowledge, and attitudes relevant to their respective healthcare professions.

· Standardization:

· Ensure consistency and fairness in the assessment process by maintaining standardized scenarios, evaluation criteria, and examiner training protocols.

· Real-world Simulation:

· Replicate authentic clinical situations to assess candidates' abilities to apply theoretical knowledge, communicate effectively, and make sound clinical decisions.

· Objective Evaluation:

· Employ a structured and objective approach to evaluation, minimizing subjective biases and providing a reliable measure of candidates' abilities.

· Feedback and Improvement:

· Provide constructive feedback to candidates, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to facilitate ongoing professional development.

· Preparation for Practice:

· Prepare candidates for real-world clinical practice by assessing their readiness to handle various clinical challenges, communicate with patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

· Continuous Enhancement:

· Continuously review and enhance the OSCE format, content, and scoring methods to align with evolving healthcare standards and practices.
